Company Information:

Efficient Developments LLC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina is a rapidly growing roadway construction company. They are looking to add an experienced Grade Foreman to their team. This individual should be driven and professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role provides on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel. The Grade Foreman must be able to read plans and specs and is responsible for directing personnel in planning, coordinating and execution of work on time, within budget, and maintaining a safe work place.

· Required:

· At least five years’ experience as Grade Foreman or equivalent.

· Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., steel toed boots, safety vest, respiratory protection (as needed), hard hat, gloves.

. Ability to maintaining compliance with company, and OSHA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
