Description:
About the role

As a Graduate Implementation Consultant, you’ll support the deployment of Orikan’s off‑street parking and compliance solutions, working closely with experienced Delivery Managers, engineers, product teams and clients.

This role is ideal if you enjoy:
problem‑solving and learning new systems
working across technology, clients and projects
seeing your work come to life in real environments
You’ll be supported by experienced team members while gradually building responsibility and technical depth.

What you’ll be doing

Under guidance and training, you will:
Support onsite and remote implementations of Orikan’s hardware and software solutions
Assist with system setup, configuration, testing and deployment activities
Work with internal teams, clients and vendors to ensure projects are technically ready
Maintain accurate project and configuration records in internal systems
Follow established testing, deployment and handover processes
Help identify and escalate risks or issues early
Support post‑go‑live activities (“hypercare”) to ensure solution stability
Assist with technical documentation and client training materials
Observe and contribute to solution demonstrations and technical scoping activities
Participate in ongoing product and technical training

Skills and Experiences:
About you

We’re looking for a graduate who is keen to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a technical environment.

You’ll bring:
A recent or soon‑to‑be completed degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
An interest in software, SaaS platforms and technology delivery
Basic understanding of databases or SQL (or strong willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, organised and team‑oriented mindset

Bonus (but not essential):
Exposure to software implementations, project work or client environments
Experience with CRM systems or project tools
Interest in smart cities, civic technology or public sector solutions
