We are now looking for Graduate for UPM IT’s Digital and Data Management Office (DDMO). Home location of the position will be in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland.

What you will do

In this programme, you can participate in multiple assignments across IT organisation, such as AI, service design, scrum master, cybersecurity, cloud, data management, project management or special assignments within various IT teams. Your homebase will be the Digital and Data Management Office (DDMO), where we help our businesses in leveraging data and AI to drive transformation. The final focus will be defined based on your interests and experience. Through this programme you will gain valuable expertise and learnings for your future career.

You will learn about working in a multinational, diverse, truly global IT organisation. We are a high-performing, innovative and value-driven community. You can learn and grow based on your interest areas so that UPM IT will also gain back from your fresh thinking and ideas.
You will kickstart your career with a year of intense learning of IT focusing on data, digitalization and AI. This is also a great opportunity to gain general understanding of UPM businesses and global functions, like finance, HR and sourcing.
You will be part of the approximately 230 globally spread IT professionals strengthened by our trusted partners and suppliers for technology, services and development. Our mission is to bring world-class expertise to each UPM business with a well-adapted offering of integrated services and operating processes.

Who you are

You have a master’s degree from a relevant field of studies (e.g. information technology or business)
You passionate about AI, data or digitalization
You have excellent analytical skills
You have good interpersonal skills
You have an innovative and initiative mindset
International experience is seen as an asset
You are fluent in spoken and written English
