We are now looking for a Graduate, Paper Production to join our Rauma Mill Paper production team. Home location of the position will be in preferably Rauma, but also our other Paper Mill sites in Jämsänkoski, Kouvola or Lappeenranta can be considered.

We are now looking for enthusiastic and proactive person to join as a graduate to join our Paper production team in UPM Communication Papers, Rauma Mill. The position is preferably located in Rauma mill, but in this role you will have a chance to work in multiple mill locations across Finland and get to know our production professionals and mill sites. What you will do
Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your professional network.
In this role, you will:
  • Take part in continuous improvement work at mills to develop production efficiency, product quality and safety
  • Analyze process conditions with process control systems
  • Work together with mill production and quality teams
  • Collect and analyze production data and perform mill scale trials
  • Participate trouble shooting with other production teams
Who you are
  • You recently graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, such as Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • You are proactive with excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
  • You have good interpersonal skills and have development mindset
  • You are interested in developing yourself in a global forest industry company
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
  • You are willing to travel for work if necessary
  • Experience in paper or pulp manufacturing processes will be considered an advantage
