Description of the role: We’re seeking a recent or soon to be Graduate to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month contract. In this role you’ll contribute across core human resources functions while supporting strategic and operational initiatives that align with organisational goals.

What makes you 'just right':
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract generation, employment verifications, system updates, and induction coordination.
Ensure data accuracy by maintaining accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to HR systems.
- Participate in projects, for example, in relation to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Assist in planning and delivering employee events, celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives.
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
Assist with tracking employee participation and feedback in development activities.
Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, and systems.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
