Description:
As a Graduate Product Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role supporting Orikan’s technology platforms, including PayStay, ePermits, UbiPark, IMaaS and PinForce.
This role is ideal for graduates from IT, Computer Science, Data, Information Systems or related STEM disciplines, or anyone with a strong interest in the intersection where technology meets customer service.
You don’t need prior product support experience — we’ll provide training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
With guidance from experienced team members, you will:
Provide friendly, professional Level 1–2 technical support via phone and email
Investigate and resolve customer issues, keeping customers informed throughout
Log and manage cases in our service desk system
Work with internal teams such as Development and Technical Services to solve problems
Learn to use SQL and databases to support troubleshooting and reporting
Help document solutions and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Participate in an on‑call support rotation (once trained and supported)
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and keen to learn. You might be a great fit if you have:
A recent qualification in a STEM‑related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
An interest in technology, systems, and problem‑solving
Basic knowledge of IT, software, or databases — or a willingness to learn
Confidence asking questions and learning from feedback
A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
