How will you make an impact?
The Ding Graduate Development Programme is an 18-month rotational experience designed to help you explore, learn, and grow across multiple areas of our business. Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside some of our most talented teams in both technology and commercial functions, gaining hands-on experience, building essential professional skills, and contributing to real projects that make a global impact.
We also understand that every graduate’s journey is unique, so there’s flexibility built into the rotations, allowing you to find placements that align with your interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Marketing : Campaign planning, digital analytics, and customer segmentation. Learn to measure campaign ROI and shape Ding’s global brand strategy.
- Partnerships : Support global telco and digital distribution partnerships. Analyse partner performance and contribute to commercial growth.
- Customer Support: Engage with customers worldwide, analyse support trends, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Fraud & Payments : Learn fraud prevention, payments processing, and risk analytics through hands-on project involvement.
- Engineering & Data : Build and test software features, develop BI dashboards, and support data pipeline development using tools like Java, Python, and SQL.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Support testing cycles, document findings, and enhance product reliability through QA best practices.
- Product Management : Work with product owners to prioritise features, improve user experience, and contribute to agile ceremonies.
- Architecture : Assist in documenting system architecture, analysing scalability, and exploring cloud integration solutions.
Early Career Opportunities – Alongside our 18-month Graduate Programme, we offer both an Easter 4-Week Internship and a Summer 4-Week Internship designed to give students hands-on exposure to Ding’s fast-moving environment. These short placements are a great way to explore our culture, gain practical experience, and get a taste of what life at Ding could look like after graduation.
Who We’re Looking For
You should be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.

- On target or achieved a 2.1 honours degree or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
- Curiosity and creativity, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward

Our Selection Process
We want your journey with Ding to be transparent, fair, and engaging from start to finish.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Apply Online – Submit your application with your CV and tell us a bit about what excites you most about joining Ding.
- Initial Screening – Our HR team will review applications based on eligibility, academic background, and motivation. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next stage.
- Open Day at the Office – Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person Graduate Open Day at our Dublin HQ. You’ll get to meet our teams, hear from current employees, and take part in fun, practical activities designed to showcase your skills and potential.
- Final Interviews – Candidates who stand out during the Open Day will be invited for a final interview with business leaders from across Ding.
- Offer & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an offer to join either our Graduate Programme or one of our Easter/Summer Internship placements , with a tailored onboarding plan to help you start strong.
