JOB DESCRIPTION: Graffiti Manager
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
Role:
To manage the day-to-day operational activity within the Graffiti Team to ensure customer delivery is met to a high standard, whilst optimising resources to ensure cost effectiveness.
The Team Manager will have a specific focus on people performance and health and safety to drive a high performance culture.
As part of the Management team you will be expected to contribute and support all areas of the Civic business.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management
- Responsible for the management and co-ordination of Graffiti contracts to ensure delivery of quality client experience.
- To develop Graffiti commercial work to strengthen Civic’s position of non Council work.
- Manage resources to achieve quality and delivery outcomes required per contracts and commercial work.
- Achieve Contract outcomes within budgeted costs, and reporting on progress.
- Responsible for the oversight of the monthly report to the client.
- Key responsibility for the Client Relationship, providing regular feedback and attending to client concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance of operating processes occurs, as specified in company policy and procedure manuals, and to company standards.
- Ensure the management of and monitoring of the operational effectiveness of the branch including; finance, fleet and equipment, and supplier relationships.
- Providing effective leadership to branch staff, driving a high performing team, and dealing with non-performance effectively in conjunction with the Head of People & Culture.
- Meet Civic KPI’s re Client and People management.
- Represent Civic at client and other stakeholder meetings as necessary.
Key Responsibilities: - Health & Safety & Environment
- Recognise individual responsibility for workplace Health and Safety under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and ACC Act 2001 and any Amendments.
- Responsible to maintain and actively participate in Health & Safety and ACC standards and protocols required by the Company.
- Responsible ensure incident reporting and preventative actions are managed appropriately for your area of responsibility.
- Manage ACC/Injury claims or incidents in line with policy.
- Ensure active participation in branch operations and Health & Safety.
- Manage operations to assure the Company’s Environmental policy.
Other duties as reasonably requested.

- Demonstrates effective management of operation by; meeting/exceeding financial targets and effectively uses resources & equipment.
- Makes decisions that enhance the branch operation.
- Regularly reviews performance and holds timely discussions, dealing with problems, and shares relevant information.
