Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our design and marketing team. Based on our brand book, you’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media platforms, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing design, and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, reels, stories, and ads across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, website banners, and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing brand-consistent creative guidelines and design templates.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful visual content.
• Research design trends, competitors’ creatives, and innovative styles for digital storytelling.
• Adapt and optimise designs for multiple formats and screen sizes across platforms.
• Support the team in video editing and motion graphics creation (if skilled).
• Maintain an organised design repository and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Pre-requisites

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand aesthetics.
• Understanding of digital-first design principles and social media formats.
• Motion graphics and/or basic video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• High creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn quickly in a startup environment.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
