We are looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern who can help us create engaging visual content and contribute to our digital presence and marketing activities.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern, you will work on real-world creative and marketing projects for Skill Orbit India.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating attractive social media posts, posters, banners, and promotional creatives
• Designing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
• Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and educational videos
• Adding captions, subtitles, transitions, music, effects, and other basic video elements
• Creating engaging YouTube thumbnails
• Designing promotional materials for courses, workshops, internships, events, and campaigns
• Editing photos and videos from workshops, events, and company activities
• Repurposing existing content into different social media formats
• Maintaining consistency with Skill Orbit India's branding and visual style
• Supporting digital marketing and content campaigns
• Exploring and using AI-powered design and video editing tools
• Working with the team to understand creative requirements and completing tasks within deadlines
• Bringing new creative ideas to improve Skill Orbit India's online presence and audience engagement

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing
• Creativity and good visual sense
• Understanding of basic typography, layouts, colours, and composition
• Knowledge of any relevant tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar software
• Ability to create content suitable for social media
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

You do not need to know every software mentioned above. Creativity, learning ability, consistency, and willingness to improve are more important.

Performance-Based Incentive

There is no fixed monthly salary for this internship. A performance-based incentive of ₹500–₹1,000 may be provided based on the intern's overall contribution and performance.

The incentive may be considered based on factors such as:

• Quality and creativity of work
• Consistency and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Quality of graphic designs and video edits
• Contribution to social media content
• Audience engagement and content performance
• Initiative and creative ideas
• Contribution to marketing activities
• Measurable contribution towards Skill Orbit India's growth

The performance-based incentive is not guaranteed and will depend on the intern's overall performance and contribution during the internship.
