Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Converting creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience.
- Planning and managing all stages of the design projects.
- Keen sense of Layout & Composition and Typography.
- Basic Vector graphics, Motion Graphics & Illustration skills.
- Critical thinking & best articulation of brand value.
- Grasp over textual & visual content creation.
- Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Brand guidelines.
- Continuously improve the existing designs by bringing the best possible output.
Requirements
Prerequisites:
- Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects.
- Proven experience on Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients.
- Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.
- Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience.
