Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist

About Us

Print Laser Stitch is a fast-growing print and signage company specializing in custom graphics, custom Tshirts, vehicle wraps, window graphics, banners, signs, stickers, apparel decoration, laser engraving, and promotional products. We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer who enjoys creating designs that become real-world products.

This is not a typical office design job. Your work will go from computer screen to production floor and directly into the hands of customers. Every day brings different projects, different challenges, and opportunities to learn new skills within the print industry.

This is an in-house position only. Remote work is not available.

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop who can create production-ready artwork for a wide variety of print projects.

The ideal candidate understands vector artwork, print setup, measurements, scaling, mockups, and customer-facing design. Experience in a print shop environment is highly preferred.

You will work closely with customers, production staff, and management to ensure every project is completed accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design vehicle graphics and vehicle wrap layouts
• Design window decals and storefront graphics
• Create business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, and marketing materials
• Design banners, signs, stickers, labels, and promotional products
• Create customer mockups and design proofs
• Prepare print-ready files for production
• Convert customer artwork into vector format when needed
• Ensure proper sizing, scaling, bleed, margins, and print specifications
• Operate and assist with print production equipment when required
• Assist with cutting, laminating, weeding, and finishing graphics
• Organize customer files and production folders
• Communicate with customers regarding artwork revisions
• Maintain quality control standards throughout production

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of vector graphics and raster graphics
• Ability to accurately work with measurements and scale
• Experience creating production-ready artwork
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a print shop
• Experience with large-format printing
• Experience with vehicle wrap design
• Experience with sign design and window graphics
• Familiarity with FlexiSIGN
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW
• Experience operating vinyl cutters
• Experience with laminators and finishing equipment
• Knowledge of color management and print production workflows
• Understanding of RIP software and print preparation

Because our work is hands-on and tied to local clients, we strongly prefer candidates from Martin County or close by. This role involves very limited remote work, so being local is ideal for collaboration and production tasks.
