Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer who thrives on collaboration and visual storytelling. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful creative that elevates our identity. You will shape how the organisation communicates visually, creating compelling content that supports internal and external communications, enhances our employer brand and reinforces a strong credible brand presence that drives engagement and new business opportunities.

About The Role

Key duties & responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for visual messaging for a variety of marketing assets and business materials, including print and digital adverts, presentation and pitch documents, infographics, press releases, email campaigns, reports, brochures, flyers, banners, and merchandise.
• Support the growth of social media platforms by developing engaging visual creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual assets for marketing campaigns, conferences and events ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative solutions that communicate complex ideas through visuals, including infographics and animations.
• Support the production of multimedia content, including video overlays, animations, and interactive assets.
• Partner with the marketing and wider business functions to develop visually impactful assets for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent application and compliance with the brand guidelines across all aspects of then.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role within a corporate, agency or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects or other similar in quality.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and video design work.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas and messages into clear engaging and impactful design for both internal and external audiences.
• Knowledge designing for digital and social media platform specific formats and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong time management and organisational skills for a fast pace environment
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
