Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing branding guidelines, designing digital marketing assets, and creating engaging website layouts. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement branding guidelines that align with company vision and objectives.
• Design creative and visually appealing digital marketing materials including banners, social media posts, email templates, and advertisements.
• Design and optimize website layouts to ensure a user-friendly and modern interface.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce cohesive visual content.
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools to keep our branding fresh and innovative.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in branding, digital marketing, and web design.
• Excellent command of English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital assets, and website design.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a startup environment.
• Good understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred:

• Previous experience
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
