Designation: Graphic Designing + Project/Client Coordination

Technological skills Required- In Graphics designing-Photoshop, illustrator, corel draw, etc

Candidates Requirement:

• We want someone who is good with Graphics Designing + who has exposure/Experience of Clients handling /coordination as well.
• SO Very good communication skills is Required in ( Fluent in English, Hindi) MUST

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphics Designing AND Client /Projects Coordination's.
• Maintaining direct communication between the company and clients.
• Ensure the smooth flow of project operations.
• Meeting the clients' specifications.
• Manage team’s daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidential details.
• Answering questions or resolving specific complaints of clients.
• Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically..
• Screen feedback and requests from clients to provide solutions.
• Escalate complaints to relevant team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Process feedback from the client

Working days-Mon to sat 6 days (All sat working)

Location-ONSITE New York Tower near Thaltej Cross Road. S G Highway. We prefer local candidates from Ahmedabad (Candidates who are open for Relocation are also welcome)

Timings-10am to 7 pm

Job type- Full time

Salary-20-30 k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
