• Holds a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience (2-5 Years experience)

CORE SKILLS WITH A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN MORE

• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

• Microsoft Powerpoint templates and graphics

• AI for various tasks

• Long-form layout design (guides, brochures, sell sheets)

• Social media graphics and digital ads

• Clinical data visualization (charts, infographics, icons)

• Brand identity development for new ingredients

• Large-format design for trade shows

• Packaging and label layout

BONUS SKILLS

• New ad campaign and/or social media campaign ideas

• Motion graphics or short-form video editing

• 3D/product visualization (Blender or similar)

• Photography or photo retouching

• UX/UI fundamentals

• Catchy/grab your attention headline writing

TYPICAL TASKS MAY INCLUDE

• Designing graphics for social media, digital ads, emails, and websites

• Powerpoint design and slide management

• Creating logos, icon sets, and branding systems for new ingredient launches

• Laying out product guides, sell sheets, one-pagers, and long-form marketing assets

• Turning complex scientific information into clean charts and visuals

• Building trade show visuals: booth graphics, signage, banners

• Supporting packaging artwork, labels, and sample design

• Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator on ongoing campaigns

• Updating digital assets, organizing files, and ensuring brand consistency

• Assisting with pre- and post-trade show preparation
