We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our dynamic design team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, contribute to real projects, and develop your skills in graphic design. You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director, assisting in the creation of visual content for various marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development:

- Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.

- Support the design team with layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for different projects.

- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other graphic elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Brand Consistency:

- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, such as logos, icons, and templates.

- Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to various projects.

- Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

- Feedback and Revisions:

- Incorporate feedback from the design team and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

- Stay open to constructive criticism and be willing to make revisions as needed.

#### Qualifications:

- Education:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

- Experience:

- Prior experience in graphic design, either through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships, is preferred.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

- Attributes:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
