About the Role:

Scepter Outsourcing is looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about design, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Video Creation

• Design engaging graphics, banners, brochures, infographics, and other visual content for online platforms.
• Create short promotional videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Edit and enhance video content for brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand’s identity.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong online community.

Ad Campaign Management

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI.
• Optimize ads for better targeting, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic designing and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools).
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a must.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing work is required.
