We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and understands that good

design is not just about looking attractive—it should communicate an idea and support a business objective.

Key Responsibilities — Graphic Design

• Create social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives.
• Develop creative concepts based on brand objectives and target audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
• Create thumbnails, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into strong visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities — Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, ads, and promotional videos.
• Edit interview, podcast, healthcare, corporate, product, and brand videos.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual elements where required.
• Create engaging short-form videos optimized for social media.
• Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
• Ensure videos follow the brand's visual identity and storytelling style.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colors, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs from a concept rather than simply using templates.
• Good understanding of video storytelling and pacing.
• Ability to edit short-form social media videos.
• Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback and improve work.

Software / Tools

• Required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Good to have: Canva, Figma, CapCut, motion graphics, and basic animation skills.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

• Candidates who have created personal projects, reels, social media designs, or video content.
• Portfolio is mandatory. We care more about your creative thinking and portfolio than your years of experience.
