Plan & Print Systems, Inc. (Plan & Print) is a leader in the Digital Print industry with emphasis in Print (reprographics) electronic document management and fulfillment solutions. Built on our Customer Driven Culture and “Re-Discover Service” Philosophy, we have a 15,000 sq. ft. production facility at the crossroads of NY 298 & I 90 (Exit 35). We are seeking a Graphics Reproduction Technician worker to join our team in East Syracuse

Responsibilities

· Receiving and processing orders from a variety of sources - emails, portals, original blueprints/CAD.

· Completing orders throughout the cycle, including: order entry, processing, print production, bindery, packaging, order verification for shipping/delivery (Local/UPS/FedEx)

· Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met.

· Assist clients in the preparation and formatting of files

· Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 2 years of print/copy Experience.

· Ability to Multi-task

· Able to use basic hand tools.

· Proficient computer and software skills - email, downloading, file transfers.

· Provide high quality customer service. Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The position is on-site, not remote. Please refrain from sending in cover letters and resumes generated in AI. A typical day with the team starts at 8:00 or 8:30 for an 8-hour shift. A team meeting at 9:00 followed by a day of downloading and helping contractors and designers get their ideas printed or sometimes scanned.

Sometimes we have local bakery goods, we always have fresh coffee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
