Greenkeeper

Overview

Elmgreen Golf Club, Castleknock, Dublin 15 are currently looking to recruit a full-time Greenkeeper.

This is a full-time contract and a qualification in greenkeeping are not essential and training will be provided. Weekend work is completed on a rotation basis and shared with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• To support the Assistant and Head Greenkeeper in the daily maintenance of the course.
• To carry out mowing, course setup and other greenkeeping tasks
• To support the team to ensure the correct standards are achieved in course presentation.
• Communicating effectively to all team members in the venue and golfers on the course.

Key Skills and Experience

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and management
• Work on own initiative
