Greeter And Office Assistant

We are looking for a motivated greeter and office assistant to assist in welcoming clients and to assist in end of year administration, for three days in December.

The successful candidate should have:

Good interpersonal skills

Customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time when working.

Strong multitasking skills

Ability to work independently

Seasonal work:

Successful candidate needs to be available

7am to 10am

Friday 27th, Saturday 28th, Sunday 29th December

Requirements:

Candidate must have at least one years experience working in an office administration environment.

Prior book keeping / accounts experience welcomed

Prior greeter/retail store assistance welcomed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday

  • office: 1 year (preferred)
