Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Grill Cook/Line cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in kitchen operations, food preparation, specialized in continental food (Steak, Pasta, etc.)

Duties:
-Cook:

• Grilling steaks as per customers requirements
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen manager
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook and plate food items accurately and efficiently during service
• Follow portion control, presentation, and food quality standards
• Communicate with other team members and kitchen staff
• Clean up station and assist with closing duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Experience with cooking steaks and grill items

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
