Beausejour Co-op is hiring a Grocery Supervisor for our Oakbank Food Store location!

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Grocery Manager, the Grocery Supervisor is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; providing leadership to all grocery clerks; ordering and stocking grocery merchandise; merchandising and displaying packaged product; receiving and unloading trucks; maintaining department cleanliness, housekeeping standards and a focus on safety.

You will:

· Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.

· Live the brand, making our staff and customers feel at home;

· Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the grocery department.

· Ensure the department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.

· Provide front-end assistance as required.

· Accept Grocery Manager duties in his or her absence.

· Perform some administrative duties such as ordering, receiving, and inventory control.

· Other duties as required.

Full Time Grocery Supervisor. 40 hours per week; days, evenings weekends
