We are seeking experienced Groundworkers in Galway to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with site preparation, excavation, drainage, and groundwork tasks to ensure smooth progress of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site excavation, leveling, site preparation and groundwork etc.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Lay foundations, drainage systems, and utility lines
- Follow safety protocols and site instructions
- Collaborate with other construction team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker or similar role
- Must have valid safe pass and manual handling certs.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
- Good communication skills and reliability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €17.16-€26.61 per hour
Work Location: In person
