About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator / Case Manager to join our dynamic inpatient team supporting clients in detox, short-term, and long-term residential treatment for substance use and mental health recovery. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about group work, client connection, and helping people meet their real-world needs while navigating treatment.

Whether you're looking for part-time group facilitation or open to a full-time hybrid role including case management, we’re open to customizing the fit for the right person.

Schedule Options

Full-Time (Preferred):

  • Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM – OR –
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Part-Time (Flexible Options):

  • Daily shifts: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Or a combination of weekday and weekend hours as needed

Position Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, structured psychoeducational groups for clients across all levels of care: detox, short-term, and long-term residential
  • Provide case management services, including helping clients navigate:
  • Medicaid / insurance
  • Transportation and ID services
  • Food stamps / TANF / financial aid
  • Housing and employment referrals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using KIPU EMR
  • Participate in daily communication with clinical and medical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience facilitating groups or activities in behavioral health, residential, or recovery settings
  • Passion for helping individuals move toward recovery with practical and emotional support
  • Strong communication skills — assertive, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Comfort with group dynamics and the ability to guide behavioral change
  • Tech-savvy: must be able to use Word, Excel, email; KIPU EMR experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Growth

  • Hourly Pay: $19.00+, based on experience and credentials
  • FREE Supervision toward CADC/LCADC
  • Potential to grow into full-time case management or clinical roles
