What You Will Be Doing

As Group Financial Controller you will be managing Unilode’s Finance Group/Holding activities and support various consolidation and cash projects.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who has will be accountable for:

• Leading month-end consolidation and reporting
• Co-ordinating the consolidation system.
• Reconciliation of intercompany charges between legal entities, including resolving elimination issues.
• Ensuring all relevant intercompany charges between entities are issued timely, processed correctly, and are in-line with transfer pricing agreements.
• Directs cash management.
• Responsible for treasury.
• Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow.
• Support the annual group interim and final IFRS consolidated audit.
• General controlling and accounting support across the group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable progressive Accounting experience.
• Previous knowledge of Tagetik EPM system would be highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of all functions in an Accounting/Finance office.
• Knowledge of relevant GAAP and IFRS principles.
• Attention to detail and organisation.
