About the Role:
You will join Ferrero’s Finance team at our Luxembourg Headquarters for a 6‑month internship starting in September 2025. In this role, you will support Group Financial Standards (GFS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), helping shape how a global finance organization runs, closes, and improves its core processes.
You will discover how group governance becomes daily practice: clear standards, reliable data, and timely decisions. Your work will create visible impact in monthly closing, master data quality, and reporting—so colleagues in countries can resolve issues faster and act with confidence.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Group Financial Standards team by coordinating group initiatives linked to finance governance and processes, and by contributing to the monthly closing monitoring at group level. You will use dashboards and tools to follow progress, highlight gaps, and help teams complete closing activities on time with clearer visibility.
Moreover, you will analyze and craft reporting that supports action, using SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Among other tasks, you will create, maintain, and share central reports on Open Purchase Orders and Aged Payables, so local Finance teams can address outstanding items, reduce delays, and improve the quality of group figures.
Finally, you will support master data and intercompany governance with the Master Data and Intercompany Manager. You will update key system tables for group tools such as the Intercompany Matching tool and VAT code configurations, perform periodic updates of workflow IBAN tables, and follow up with countries. You will also support purchase requisitions and vendor invoice processing and contribute to presentations and governance meetings that help you understand new financial flows.
You will be exposed also to activities related to Central BPO Team, to support with the implementation of Power Apps applications.
About You:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2027.
You bring studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and you can apply structured learning to real data and real deadlines. You communicate clearly in English so your updates, reports, and documentation guide decisions.
You can work confidently with Excel and the wider MS Office suite, and you are ready to use SAP S/4HANA and Power BI to explore data, reconcile information, and present a simple story of what matters. You will grow your understanding of how a central finance function supports the whole Group.
