We are seeking an experienced and energetic fitness instructor who can motivate, train, and provide fitness guidance in a group setting with a maximum class size of 10 adults for the residents at our shared condominium amenities.
Class styles of interest:
Low-intensity Cardio, HIIT, Bootcamp, Zumba, etc.
On-site Location:
Closest intersection by Fort York Blvd. & Bathurst St.
Schedule:
Two (2) classes per week, with each class running 60 minutes in duration.
Job description and qualifications:
- Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes in a safe and professional manner.
- Monitor participant safety by ensuring proper exercise technique, posture, stability, and appropriate exertion levels.
- Develop and choreograph varied weekly workout routines to keep classes fresh, dynamic, and engaging.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and organized.
- Access to reliable transportation is required.
Licenses & certifications:
- Training Certification from a reputable fitness institution is required.
- Current CPR / First Aid (Preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
