Job description

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and manage vehicle assignments for timely service delivery.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all vehicles meet legal, environmental, and safety standards.
• Manage the fleet budget and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Assess fleet needs, manage procurement processes, and oversee vehicle resale or retirement strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and provide insights for fleet performance improvement.
• Track fleet activities across countries and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact.

• You are passionate about cars and the automotive world.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, logistics, or a related field with proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
• At least 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
