Full-Time | Exempt | $23.89 - $32.78/hour

NeMCMHA is seeking a dedicated Group Home Supervisor to lead a team of direct support professionals and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive, home-like setting. What You’ll Do

As a Group Home Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and support Residential Training Workers, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure the delivery of habilitative, health, and personal care services in alignment with person-centered planning
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-kept home environment
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community partners
  • Manage home budgets, expenditures, and vehicle maintenance
  • Promote a culture of gentle teaching, teamwork, and respect

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use disorders (preferred)
  • Lived experience in behavioral health or disability services (valued)
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within our four-county region
