We are currently seeking a Group HR Coordinator (Talent Acquisition) to join our team based in Slane, Co. Meath. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across MTM Group, with a particular focus on internship, graduate and early careers recruitment across our European operations. Working closely with the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR team and hiring managers, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding high-calibre talent across the business.

You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to build talent pipelines, coordinate hiring activities and deliver an excellent candidate experience. You will also gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Recruitment Compliance and International Workforce Mobility, providing the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a dynamic and growing international organisation.

The position will require regular travel to our offices in Slane, Clonmel and Dublin in Ireland, as well as Derry and Armagh in Northern Ireland, so you need to have full working rights in both Ireland and Northern Ireland, along with a full clean driving licence and access to your own transport.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment activities across MTM Group for professional, technical and corporate positions throughout Europe.
  • Support internship, placement, apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programmes across the Group.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attend careers fairs and other recruitment events to help attract future talent to the organisation.
  • Travel to MTM Group Offices across Ireland and Northern Ireland as required
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the preparation, issuing and processing of employment contracts through DocuSign and maintain electronic employee records within SharePoint in line with GDPR requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment screening activities.
  • Support the posted worker process including submitting documentation through government portals and client compliance systems.
  • Provide administrative support across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Compliance activities as required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in either an in-house or agency environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, CIPD qualification or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Experience supporting multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other direct sourcing tools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A full driving license and access to own transport
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.

Desirable
  • Experience supporting internship, placement, apprenticeship or graduate recruitment programmes.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple European locations.
  • Previous experience within the construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
  • Exposure to HR administration, onboarding or employee compliance processes.
