We are excited to introduce the newly created position of Group Learning and Development Coordinator, a role that reflects our commitment to unlocking the potential of our people and fostering meaningful career pathways.
As the Group Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving growth and development across our businesses by:
- Designing and coordinating training programs to strengthen leadership and upskill teams at all levels.
- Overseeing succession planning and talent mapping to prepare our businesses for long-term success.
- Managing cadetship and apprenticeship programs, mentoring employees, and ensuring smooth progression through tailored training plans.
- Facilitating performance review processes and implementing development plans that help individuals excel in their roles.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external training providers to deliver impactful and cost-effective learning solutions.
Prior to developing and implementing processes for coordinating, managing and tracking training activities, we will support your understanding of each business and department within our group. Once confident across our operations, you will be well placed to take the lead on our learning and development program.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, meticulous to detail with experience seamlessly managing multiple priorities. It is imperative that our Group Learning and Development Coordinator is an effective communicator able to positively connect with a broad range of people. This position will require collaboration with external providers and internal teams to facilitate training. A background in HR, education, or a training role in relatable industries would be complementary to our dedicated and collaborative HR team.

We offer flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle, with the role typically requiring 25-30 hours per week.
