Description:
What You'll Do:
Training Coordination

  • Lead the charge on mandatory training registrations for Mercedes-Benz Australia.
  • Enrol new and existing team members in essential training pathways.
  • Monitor attendance and completion to guarantee dealership training compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure team participation.
  • Keep accurate training records and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Dealer Systems Administration

  • Set up new employees on our Mercedes-Benz systems and platforms.
  • Manage role access and permissions to maintain security compliance.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests for access adjustments and support tickets.
  • Maintain precise records of system users and access levels across the group.
Customer Complaints Coordination

  • Oversee a centralised register of customer complaints across all dealerships.
  • Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on customer concerns.
  • Work closely with managers for prompt and professional resolution.
  • Document complaint timelines and outcomes, supporting escalation processes when necessary.
Skills and Experiences:
What You Bring:
  • Ability to visit and support our four sites - Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley & Mornington on a rotating roster
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Expertise in managing multiple priorities across several locations.
  • Confident and collaborative communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups.
  • Strong record-keeping and systems management abilities.
  • Experience in dealership administration or automotive operations (highly regarded).
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive customer matters.
