As our Groups & Meetings Coordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind unforgettable meetings, events, and group stays across all Zoku locations – Amsterdam, Vienna, Paris, and Copenhagen.
Your responsibilities will revolve around orchestrating unforgettable group stays and meetings across all our Zoku locations, connecting with teams, partners, and bookers to deliver seamless experiences. Get ready to build a loyal community of Zoku fans who’ll always choose us for their next gathering, offsite, or celebration — ensuring they feel right at home, wherever they go.
You will work from our Support Office in Amsterdam and will report to our Reservations Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Groups & Meetings Coordinator… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Meetings & Events Support
Guide, support, and oversee our local Meetings & Events Specialists.
Act as the go-to contact for all M&E-related questions and escalations.
Step in during holidays or sick leave to manage Salesforce cases and calls.
Monitor incoming requests and maintain consistency across all Zoku locations.
Group Coordination
Coordinate group requests (10+ rooms) from inquiry to departure.
Plan unforgettable offsites and retreats.
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams.
Maintain accurate records, group blocks, and billing information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with local teams, Sales, Operations, and Support Office.
Participate in M&E and Reservations team projects to boost guest satisfaction.

A market conform salary package of €2,600 - €2,800 (based on full-time) in accordance with experience and know-how.

A FEW MUST HAVES
At least 1 year of Meetings & Events, Groups Reservations, or Coordination experience.Fluent in English (other languages like French or German are a big plus!).
You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
EU resident or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam.
Flexibility to thrive in hybrid and fast-paced environments.
