Join the cultivation team at Dizgo Collective as a Grow Team Associate! This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced agricultural environment. As a Grow Team Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including plant care, defoliation, harvesting, sanitation, and facility maintenance.

Duties

• Perform plant maintenance tasks including defoliation, and general canopy management
• Assist with harvesting activities including cutting, hanging, bucking, trimming, and post-harvest processing
• Clean and sanitize cultivation rooms, irrigation systems, equipment, tools, and work areas according to company SOPs and sanitation standards
• Assist with transplanting, watering, media preparation, and other cultivation-related tasks as directed
• Monitor plants for signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental issues and report concerns to supervisors
• Follow all cultivation protocols, compliance requirements, and biosecurity procedures
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory tracking as required by company procedures and state regulations
• Operate cultivation equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to meet production goals and harvest schedules
• Support facility maintenance and general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in cultivation, agriculture, greenhouse operations, manufacturing, landscaping, warehouse work, or similar labor-intensive environments preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday
• Comfortable working around plants, fertilizers, cleaning agents, and cultivation equipment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed within the cultivation department
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis cultivation is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of cultivation practices, sanitation procedures, and environmental controls is beneficial
• Experience working in regulated industries is preferred

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK – NO FELONIES
• MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
