Growth Associate (International Voice Process)

What You’ll Do (The Job Role)

• Connect & Pitch: Make outbound calls to business prospects in the US market.
• Generate Leads: Introduce our solutions, spark interest, and qualify potential leads.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage your daily call targets and keep our CRM updated.
• Learn & Scale: Work directly with the leadership team, learning the ins and outs of international business development.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

• Flawless English Communication: You can hold an engaging, confident conversation with American clients.
• Eligibility: Minimum 10+2 passed and 18+ years of age.
• Experience Level: Both Freshers and Experienced pros (US outbound calling background) are highly welcome!
• Night Owls Only: Comfortable working in standard US Shifts.
• The Right Attitude: A genuine interest in building a high-growth career in the BPO and Global Lead Generation industry.
