We're now growing and looking for a Growth Associate (Freelance) based in Finland to help connect local SMBs with our global digital solutions.

Role Description

As a Growth Associate, you’ll serve as our local growth ambassador — identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and representing the NordicMojo brand with authenticity and professionalism.

This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone eager to build their network and shape the future of digital delivery in the Nordics.

• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with our delivery team
• Promote our tech, marketing, design, and automation services
• Serve as a local brand representative for NordicMojo
• Collaborate with the remote team in India for client handovers and onboarding

Requirement:

• Fluent/ Native Finnish speaker with strong English communication skills
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or consulting
• Strong interest in digital services, technology, and Nordic SMBs
• Self-driven and reliable with an entrepreneurial mindset
