Job Description

We’re hiring a Growth Intern for Groww’s Wealth Business (W), working on high impact projects across investments and wealth products.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to Consulting, investment, B2B sales or high growth startup 0-1 experience, especially for pre MBA candidates

Internship duration: 4-6 months starting in Feb

What you will work on:

  • GTM strategy and execution for HNI users across online and offline channels
  • Own 1-2 growth channels end to end such as Linkedin, Whatsapp, Instagram etc
  • Work closely with product, investment research and wealth partner team to experiment and set up SOPs for frictionless journey and superior experience of end user

Who would be a great fit:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, investment, growth or strategy teams at startups
  • Currently in a transition phase before starting an MBA (India or abroad)
  • Strong analytical and research mindset
  • Experience with Linkedin sales tools is an added advantage
