Nice to meet you! I'm Shweta Malhotra (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shweta-malhotra-46bb951a/), a Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Alexandra Taimitarha (https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexandrataimitarha/), our Director-Growth Operations, we're strengthening our Growth Operations team, part of our Revenue Unit in Helsinki, Finland.
We're now looking for an Growth Marketing Manager with focus on events to join LeadDesk on a fixed-term basis (1-year maternity cover) to ensure continuity and impact in our event marketing during this period.
This role is ideal if you enjoy taking ownership quickly, working hands-on with events, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you can expect as a Growth Marketing Manager at LeadDesk
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of LeadDesk's events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and executive gatherings across Europe

Manage event logistics such as timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, booth builds, and on-site coordination

Drive audience acquisition and engagement, working closely with your team in Growth Operations, Sales Country Directors and teams, and Product Marketing. Aligning all events and presence with company strategy and goals, sales campaigns. Coordinating activations before, during, and after events towards the products' ICP

Design consistent and memorable event journeys, from first touchpoint to post-event follow-up

Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing

Track and evaluate event performance using metrics such as pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI through the CRM
- Continuously improve event processes, tools, and ways of working to support scale and efficiency
This is where the match happens
Must-haves
- Proven experience in event marketing, event management, or a similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners
- Experience working closely with sales and revenue-focused teams
- A strong sense of ownership — you take responsibility from planning through execution and follow-up
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience running international events across multiple markets
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Nordic languages, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish)

Experience measuring and optimizing event ROI and pipeline impact
- A creative mindset and interest in building standout event experiences
Practicalities
- Your location: Helsinki Metropolitan area
- Work permit: Required for Finland
- Start date: 9th February 2026 or as soon as possible
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote)
- Working hours: Flexible
- Employment: Full-time and temporary (maternity cover)
- Contract duration: 9th February 2026 – 9th February 2027
