brief job description:

• enthusiastically host each guest who enters our space; we offer high-touch service from the moment they walk in. you’ll proactively make sure each and every guest who enters the space feels well taken-care of through the duration of their visit.
• be the booking genius; you’ll have a keen familiarity with each of our services, how much time they take, what order then can be done in and who can perform them. you’ll use this knowledge to optimize our bookings, refining the schedule to be as efficient as possible.
