SUMMARY

We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park in Ontario. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors. The Guest Experience Coordinator will contribute significantly to our mission of providing a welcoming and enjoyable naturist environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of guest services to ensure high standards of hospitality. Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
Greet guests and members arriving to the park, creating a memorable "first impression" to all. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience based on feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor guest interactions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the park.
Assist the manager of Bare Oaks in organizing events and activities that promote community engagement among guests. Maintain knowledge of local attractions and resources to assist guests effectively. Be trained and stay current on all of our operating systems. Assist the park manager with e-mail inbox, responding promptly to inquiries. Support the manager with the overseeing of the Bare Boutique, our in-house and online store. Successful candidate may be periodically required to support our restaurant and maintenance staff with light hosting/bussing/kitchen and housekeeping support during off-season hours, therefore restaurant/hospitality experience is considered an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity and personal experience in the Naturist community is highly recommended, the candidate will be fully immersed in a Naturist environment for the entirety of their employment. Strong customer service skills with a passion for enhancing guest experiences. Proven experience in hospitality management or guest services role.
Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, scheduling tools, is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous Naturism work-experience is considered an advantage, as well as experience working for a camp ground or resort.
