*Guest Relation Executive* with *1+ year* of work experience required in a *stock broking organisation* located at *Nariman Point* , Mumbai
JD:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- *Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them appropriately*
- *Manage front desk duties, including couriers, deliveries, and visitor entries*
- *Schedule appointments and handle conference room allocations*
- Assist the Admin and HR teams with basic clerical and coordination tasks
- *Maintain and update visitor logs, contact lists, and records*
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Manage basic office inventory, including stationery, refreshments, and supplies
Salary up to *Rs 25,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
