Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude- Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and managing reservations- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Requirements:- Proven experience in front desk or guest relations preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in MS Office and basic front office systems- Presentable appearance and a customer-first mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
