Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
• Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
• Maintain excellent front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and guest account management
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Foster positive guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and courteously
• Support hotel management in coordinating guest services, concierge functions, and special requests

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or hotel industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel management procedures and front desk operations
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not required
