Guest Service Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in the hotel management system.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role within a hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Visual Matrix software is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
