Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our fitness team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their fitness needs, and recommending suitable membership or fitness plans. This position combines client servicing with sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fitness plans or memberships.
• Handle inquiries, explain services, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
• Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Manage front desk operations, appointments, and member queries.
• Coordinate with the fitness and operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset.
• Confident, presentable, and well-spoken.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or fitness sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
