About the Guest Service Manager Role:

  • Full-time, salaried, entry level hospitality management position
  • Responsible to oversee daily opening procedures ensuring each day is set for success
  • Operate lunch shifts with excellence, focusing on increasing in lunch sales week over week, year over year.
  • Overseeing Front of House team fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both before & after service.
  • Assisting Guests & handling any concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart.
  • Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Host team
  • Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
  • Manage reservation book including facilitating the planning & set up of large group events
  • Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour, Uniform Inventory, Paper Goods/Office Supplies (to name a few)

Guest Service Manager Earnings & Perks:
