Now Hiring Part time Guest Services Team Mambers!

Tommy Gun’s is the hottest place for barbering, and we want passionate people who love interacting with guests, managing the phones and online check-ins, along with showcasing and selling retail products. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about the barbering industry, hone their customer service skills and/or is currently working towards their education in the hair care industry. Must be have flexible availability
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
- Excellent written and verbal communication – including e-mails, phone calls, service queue management and supporting your team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Familiar with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
- Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is a bonus
