Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time (40 hours a week)

Position Description & Requirements
Looking for a fast-paced, friendly job near the airport? Join our crew at HFX Airport Hotel! We’re a small, busy hotel that runs on teamwork, quick thinking, and a good sense of humor.
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll:
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer guest questions about the hotel, parking, shuttle, and local tips.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and payment processing.
- Pick up the phone like a pro and respond to guest emails or chats.
- Keep the front desk area neat and organized.
- Help guests with shuttle requests or other quick needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and approachable attitude, you like helping people.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to handle a busy environment with a smile.
- Flexible for different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
