Position Description & Requirements

Looking for a fast-paced, friendly job near the airport? Join our crew at HFX Airport Hotel! We’re a small, busy hotel that runs on teamwork, quick thinking, and a good sense of humor.

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll:

• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel, parking, shuttle, and local tips.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and payment processing.
• Pick up the phone like a pro and respond to guest emails or chats.
• Keep the front desk area neat and organized.
• Help guests with shuttle requests or other quick needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and approachable attitude, you like helping people.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to handle a busy environment with a smile.
• Flexible for different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
